Le sujet est très intéressant.
Comment parvenir à convaincre l'autre.. c'est un point peut s'appliquer à beaucoup de domaine. Et bien c'est indispensable dans le domaine commercial.
Je pense que si l'on reste sincère, même si l'on ne connaît aucune technique, on peut malgré tout y arriver. Evidemment, certains sont plus doués que d'autres.
